    New Scottish Levels Framework released today. Delighted to see from 26/4 - you can have a wedding reception for 50 with alcohol. But you still can't have a glass of wine with your dinner at a table for 2. I'd love to see the science behind that decision 🤔

    This is a question.. NOT a moan or complaint. I just want to understand the facts behind the desicion. Of course if the evidence is there then 🤐

    Genuine question about the 2 hour turn time for restaurants. The guidance means that we need to have our guests in and out in 2 hours. Usually we don't turn tables at all. We have created extra space by drastically reducing our covers and put in place... 1/7

    We are delighted to announce we will be reopening on the 10th of June for our rooms, lunch and dinner. We will be opening our seafood shack outside from the 24th of April also.Always appreciative of the support we have received and look forward to seeing you soon.

    No better way to finish my time on than the shit hot whisky cocktail from Roberta 🥃, and believe me, whisky was very welcome after the pressure in there. Make sure you all tune in tomorrow to see Roberta and Stuart do their menus all over again for the judges!

    Well that was a stressful hour to relive those nerves!! More importantly, I didn't realise how bald I'm getting 😂 For sure the most out of my comfort zone I've been. Loads of mistakes and some terrible execution. But so proud to be a part of it.
