#FFXIV meaning, the "open beta registration page" will reopen on the 17th, has been confirmed - or at least that's what it seems like -

So, Phase 4, if you were a phase 3 beta tester you get to go into it on the 16th, else you will get into it on the 17th through 19th. #FFXIV
