Magic square is when row, column and diagonal elements add up to the same value. But don't bother with that because here it's not true. 1st row: 3+1+3+9+9+7+1+9+7+3=52 2nd row 7+8+6+6+3+4+7+1+1+3=46 52≠46 so no need to check the rest

100 digit primes with these properties? I'll give you odds on being wrong ;) But are you saying there are infinitely many reversible primes of length a, where given a/b=c, every b-length substring is prime, and the base-10 digits sum to the same amount as every c-th digit?
