What's the mapping from prime number to polar coordinates? I'm not quite sure what's being plotted here.

I was wondering the same thing . I like how there’s a spiral gap in the left image though

A numbers one dimensional so how can it be given a polar coordinate. Very pretty patterns but I need to see how it was done please

Guess: angle is a mapping of n and the radius is a mapping of the value of the prime.

How does this change in other counting systems than base 10?
-
This is not in base 10, the numbers are plotted on a graph. A prime number is a prime number whether you write it as "13" in base 10 or "1101" in binary.

For whatever reason patterns like these always make me think this is analogous of how the forces could be manifesting in different ways on different scales. Mesmerising
