See https://oeis.org/A088790 for more such numbers n such that n⁰ + n¹ + ... + n⁽ⁿ⁻¹⁾ is prime. After 19, the next two such numbers are 31 and 7547. While n = 19, leads to the prime 109912203092239643840221 (a 24-digit prime), n = 7547 leads to a 29262-digit prime!
