I’ve also heard or seen it spelled Yocto. Is this correct?

Yocto is the inverse of Yotta, i.e. 10^-24, same as Zepto is the inverse of Zetta, i.e. 10^-21

I was taught ‘Deka’ for 10. ‘Deca’ for 1/10. Greek terms for big, Latin terms for small. (compare kilometer and millimeter)
