There are 60 possible arrangements of those numbers, they are not all prime.

The explanation is misleading. The numbers constructed by ROTATION are all primes. Since it's a 6-digital number, we definitely have less then or equal 6 different numbers.

Not "arrange", only rotations of digits: 139399 is not prime (13 * 10723). Another circular prime is 199933.

Poor phrasing here: it's not about arrangements but cyclical permutations: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circular_prime …

um, reread the definition of prime number. 9 is not a prime number. It is an odd number, but not prime.

If 193 939 is a circular prime, then so is 939193. If 939193 is c.p so is 193 939. It then follows that 193 939 is a circular prime. -Proof by circular reasoning.

I understand you may doubt me, but if I was wrong, it would not be a circular prime. It is, hence I'm right.
