Just got notification that Blue Cross is raising my rates 25% in November.....I am currently paying $1391 a month—just for me. This is what “access” to healthcare looks like. With copays and a $2000 deductible I am paying almost $20k a year.

...Blue Cross is doing this during a pandemic when we are hanging on by fingernails. I use savings to pay it. I am hoping I can go another 19 months (when I qualify for Medicare) without any more illness that would wipe me out paying the 20% I have to pay. - Show replies
