As I wade into the RWA audit I just cannot with the fact that -- in addition to and on top of all of the other wrongs -- RWA has yet to offer any meaningful apology and/or redress to Courtney for the harm they did her.

It's a very vicious and at this point purposeful act of racism and misogyny to throw the weight of an entire professional organization against one woman of color for "using her voice" and just expecting her to continue carrying on.

I know that RWA deserves to sink for much more than just this but I kinda want it to sink just for this. For the inhumanity of doing this to Courtney and not even bothering to make a fucking apology one of their top priorities.
