We were talking about the HHS memo at the all-staff meeting at my workplace today and I just started weeping while taking notes. It's just a thing that happens now.

I think the other thing to remember is that what finally makes you cry might be something "small" or weird or expected or old news. It's okay to acknowledge that sadness is deeper and wider than the singular moment.
