“Immigrants are not criminals. We’re not here to take away your jobs. We’re here to give back. We’re not just Mexicans or Latino. We’re black, too. Of course immigrants aren't all criminals. But ALL illegal immigrants are, regardless of nice they are in every other sense. And "We’re not just Mexicans or Latino. We’re black, too" Eh, black and Mexican aren't mutually exclusive. There are black Mexicans.

So your trying to say people who are coming across the border illegally specifically to find a higher paying job in the U.S. than they can find in their home nation, aren't coming to the U.S. to take jobs.. Mainly the jobs of poorer Black and Latino citizens. SMH

I get that most of the people coming to this country are looking for a better way of life - that they are often escaping lawlessness. But in coming here illegally, the very act brings that lawlessness with them and shows contempt for the people who followed the rules ...

... DACA means "Deferred Action," not amnesty, meaning they were always going to be sent back eventually. We don't wanna be cruel, but we need to enforce the law consistently or people will continue to break it and we can't take on all 7 billion people on this planet ...

... moreover, it's actually exploiting other countries to take their best and brightest in, leaving their home countries worse off, which will just devolve into further chaos and oppression. What we need are smart, virtuous people to stay in those countries and help them ...

... if they are truly escaping persecution, then simply being in a free and prosperous nation with opportunities should be a welcome relief in itself. They came here because they like our culture and our laws, so let them adapt themselves to them, rather than try to change them.

This is so important! A lot of times ppl will focus on either immigrants issues or womens issues -- its so inspiring to see progress like this focusing on ALL marginal populations, especially the MOST marginalized!
