Say it emphatically and unambiguously: TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN, and a feminism that excludes them is no feminism at all. Watch @carolynmichelle's new message on the Feminist Answering Machine:https://youtu.be/r1cNGMLfyj0

I'm not sad to see @femfreq supporting this kind of thing, but sad that they are demonising feminism itself for focusing on women. I am withdrawing my 4 years support today. Women shouldn't be punished because they don't want males on the movement.

Real feminists fight an industry that is built on the abuse of women - all women working in it are welcome.

Not sure that sex workers would agree with that definition of their labor.

Well I know for a fact that the prostituted women I treat every fecking day do agree with it. It's not labour, it's rape.

This may be your patients' experience. But other experiences still exist and they may not even need you. You only get to hear the bad experiences. If we'd ask a divorce lawyer about marriage, we'd also abolish marriage.

Then why are they trans 🤔 what are they transitioning from? Hmmmm tough one. Male human beings are men. Trans women are male. Female human beings are women. “Woman” is not an identity & it needs a definition, *especially* if you claim to be feminist.

From the gender 'identity' coercibly assigned to them at birth and subsequently enforced by the patriarchy and other societal pressures. Were you asking this in good faith, you would already know that.

Surgery can not change your gender it's literally skin deep, skeletal and muscle structure remains the same and medical science can not give you a working womb. trans women are men that had alot of surgery.
