Confronting relatives isn't easy, and the first time is the hardest; however, we have 7 ways to help you handle it like a pro this Thanksgiving! (They think you're a snowflake anyway, you might as well go with it.)https://wp.me/p7K8cI-blB

Seriously people don’t listen to this woman. Don’t go out your way to ruin a holiday. Don’t flip a table of food over & ruin everyone’s effort And convincing your family to single members of your family out is a horrible thing to do! Just enjoy your family while you still can.

Tell you what, how about we confront the real elephant in the room. The fact that everything this woman says is racist against white people and sexist against men. The true racism here is Black Lives Matter. So erm, how about we confront that sexist racist woman on the interwebs.

How about just urging people to go hard on 7? I get your being tongue in cheek here but you are highlighting issues people have with SJWs and recognizing how unhelpful the methods are might make more people empathetic to what your talking about in the future.

Better yet, listen to your uncle on what actual racism is, not this wacky redefined racism where everything is racist. #FridayFeeling #FridayBriefing

A really good list overall, but I see two sticking points. Firstly, the "he's not a good guy if he's racist" argument is fine in itself, but when you expand that concept to things that aren't so clear cut, it becomes more subjective. Let me give you an example ...

... supposing you're the only liberal in a family of black Trump supporters and you think Trump's a sexist / racist, but they chose him because they like his economic policy. Is that on the same level? What is perceived of as wrong is often a sliding scale. Secondly ...

... the "it's the current year" argument works both ways, since "it's the current year and slavery / colonialism / segregation aren't things anymore." Yet how many people still drum up excuses like that for why they can't get ahead in life? Either the past matters or it doesn't.
