Hey @NickiMinaj - Native women and girls face statistically extreme amounts of sexual violence at the hands of those who systematically dehumanize and fetishize them. This is not helping.https://www.bitchmedia.org/article/nicki-minaj-pocahontas-is-not-a-sex-symbol …

Lol all the "rape survivor" natives are dead along with there rapist it's ok to fetishize people that don't exist anymore and can't be hurt.

Some of their descendants are still alive. And some of them still face tremendous discrimination and abuse.

They aren't being systematically killed or oppressed and they receive tremendous funding from tax payers and most don't have to work.

Actually they do face extreme oppression where I live, and also receive very little support from the government. And from what I know many Native Americans in the USA live in extreme poverty.

What form of oppression? Being called names isn't oppression btw.

You clearly have no idea what kind of persecution indigenous people face in Latin America. And in the USA they also face plenty of persecution, especially by certain corporations.

EXAMPLES. I want facts there is no law or policy that stops any Native American from making something of their life. There is no invisible enemy holding them back. That's the problem with the left; every minority is a victim of some invisible oppression. What bollocks.

up until about 30y ago there were actual laws against us practicing our own cultures, actually, and police enforcing property laws on stolen land DO in fact keep us from gathering food and medicine.

At the end of the day she did not create this picture and does not need backlash from a feminist page on art she never created

So wait a Live Photo of a real woman is empowering, but a drawn picture of cartoon in the same EXACT poses is oppressive?
