Yep, using DMCA to remove hate speech is abuse of that law. Racist slurs should be removed via ToS violation procedure.
-
He didn't use any racist slurs in the video that's being copyright-striked.

I honestly never thought in a million years I would say it, but you're right. I totally agree this time. It's a bullying tactic.

We are living in interesting times. Most don't even realize that
#Adpocalypse 2.0 is already happening -
It's at a dull roar right now, like a building tsunami, and has been for a little while. It's not gonna hit as fast as it did the first time

FemFreq has finally achieved consciousness? Next step: realizing that any silencing tactic is dangerous.

*immediately dogpiles people he doesn't like after saying this*

People think free speech means we have to endure all speech. This is a lie.
-
Yep. I ignore people shouting on the street corner, I block people that do the equivalent on twitter
-
Meanwhile they are trying to put someone in jail for giggling and these jerks couldn't care less.
-
Meanwhile a major free speech case was just determined by the supreme Court and all these guys care about is who blocked them on Twitter.
-
I would like them to stop using free speech in a disingenuous way so legitimate free speech issues can be discussed openly.
-
Who is trying to put people to jail for giggling? Who cares about being blocked on twitter? What case are you talking about? Please specify.
