Ask yourself this: Would you expect a sports journalist to report on the weather?

Anita focuses on female representation in video games, sanitation worker demographics is irrelevant to the question

I have a disability, I don't see it represented in video games but I won't try to profit from making a video about that fact.

The math is glaring. Even so, men don't think the powerful and/or meaningful women currently playing leads in videogames are legitimate.

Was just talking about this with a young person a few days ago who couldn't think of one good female lead in videogames.

He remembered Samus Aran only b/c i mentioned her. Its easier for men to dissociate her gender expression as more robotic than "woman." #SMH

Samus took the suit off in 1986. Part of the reason shes more pallatable to male gamers is b/c she wears it. Dissaosciation is the problem.

The question is not how many women were developers of video games, it's how many people played shitty games developed by shitty female devs
