This is a good episode. But with comments disabled nobody is celebrating the OverWatch victory with you.
-
Agree, great vid. Looking below at this thread, those who come to troll, that's what the comments would look like...

strawman. Criticise the video with evidence, contribute to the debate. So it sucked, ...and?

Um, ok. The video gave some reasons why that's problematic. Which do you not agree with?

Not in this episode though. This was mostly even handed.

@LeagueOfLegends more variations than that: Annie, Anivia, Kennen, Kindred, Lissandra, Lulu, Poppy, Sejuani, Taliyah, Rek'Sai -
I do agree with you for the most part, but
@LeagueOfLegends is very different than the others. The game industry is changing /@cap

Anita's arguments are so flawed, countered her own points in the same video regarding overwatch. Said no diversity, now diversity?

Was really happy to see you mention Zarya, Ana and Mei! I absolutely love them. Would be even happier to see more like them.

Haven't watched it yet but I'm guessing the complaint is going to be that there aren't enough fat women in beat 'em ups...
-
It's a lot more than that. It's not just slender vs. fat, nor just about beat 'em ups.
@femfreq -
go on then. What is it about?
-
Watch it. :-)
@femfreq -
another complaint is that leading female roles are taken by good looking women. Yeah it's the same for men.
-
Well, of course there is an emphasis on good looking men as well, but men are far more diverse in games.
-
Perhaps because most games are made by men? It's a "write what you know" kinda thing.
-
Here I agree with you. Would you be opposed to having more women designing games? Should we encourage this?
