        @femfreq @garrt While I agree, it's a difficult empirical case to make. So often, it's only the theories we have to fall back on.

        @garrt @femfreq Structural arguments in particular lay the blame on everyone & no one (individual) simultaneously. Doesn't work IRL, IMO.
