@realDonaldTrump FEMA is the most evil part of American government based on its history at Katrina. Confining Katrina refugees without food or water, not releasing them to go to the next town, and not allowing water trucks in. FEMA camps, guillotines, and coffins for FEMA itself -
I live in Chalmette, LA took on 10+ feet of water during Katrina. Yes, FEMA response horrifying. But, ours was the ultimate worst case due to levee collapse & flood damage. A lot was learned, response is better. Except Puerto Rico. This is on Trump and funding cuts.
