    I don’t have an opinion on the whole Dash saga (I don’t like Internet detectives), but, as a customer, removing Dash from account is shitty.

    3: in the past, Apple "extended" repair programs if customers asked within a reasonable period of time. But there's no guarantee for this.

    2: they could open all but 1 of the stripped bottom screws & said they'd likely need replacing (yep). But: a set of screws costs… 40€! Wow.
