On Brian Kilmeade's radio show, Trump is disputing that he went down to the bunker for his own safety. He claims the Secret Service said it would be a good time to go down and just take a look at the bunker, because "maybe sometime you're going to need it."
"I go down, I've gone down two or three times -- all for inspection -- and you go there, some day you may need it. ... It was during the day, it was not a problem. ... Nobody ever came close to giving us a problem," Trump says.
