Schiff, with Pelosi's blessing, knows the people whom they represent will make it sufficiently clear that they want impeachment proceedings to commence. The voters shouldn't have to wait until election day 2020 to do what they already elected a Congress to do on election day 2018

It seems like I think about this stuff more than the Democrats do. They take their sweet time, go on long breaks at pivotal moments, don't even call each other on weekends to strategize. SMH I'm on twitter crowd-sourcing ideas several times a day! HOW U AIN'T GOT A PLAN YET?!
