This is why any time I refute a man's advances, I am wary of his reaction. It's honestly terrifying being a woman, especially in a city where I often walk home alone.

It reminds me of a post I saw, but forgot to save. "the one thing we failed as a society is that we raised a generation of independent women, but we forgot to raise a generation of men that know how to deal with that"

I also think we need to interrogate the real reason behind the actions of men. Give men a platform to tell their story. This I believe will provide the Nation a clear picture of what we are dealing with
