      I've seen people say "TF-Eager copied PyTorch", "Gluon copied PT", and even "Chainer copied PT". This *exact* API was introduced by Chainer in 2015, and replicated in PT in 2017 (which started as a Chainer fork). So, props to Chainer.       Different libraries emulating features is a good thing for users. So is appropriate credit assignment.
