Are they selling a DL library wrapping TF?
Just to clarify: Keras is not, and has never been, a TF wrapper. It's a 40k LoC project that implements a multi-backend frontend for deep learning. Do you also refer to PyTorch as a cuDNN wrapper?

Also worth noting that it predates TF by quite a bit.

I think it is a great library. I don’t think you could sell it or a library similar to it. Not in today’s environment, even if Keras itself didn’t exist as OSS.
