Mystery in tech created by lack of access knowledge by the end users. Having mystery helps sell & prevents end users from doing for themselves. Otherwise. the functionality end users can use manually, they would also be able to automate, even across applications and platforms.

Who is responsible for such mystery generation lack of user doing enabling? You can read all the computer & application documentation but until you do it, your brain doesn't have the feedback loop to "KNOW". If doing is made difficult then its contrary to the purpose of computers
