Came across a description of "10x engineers" as people with a superhuman affinity for reading/writing/debugging code. Hard disagree. If you're working on the right problem and approaching it with the right data structures, you're a 10x engineer. The rest is filling in details.

Completely agree on the emphasis on the 'right data structures'. Wrong choices can make progress feel like a steep uphill with many unnecessary work arounds
