If someone is a "rockstar developer", does it mean they can fill a stadium when they do a live coding session (complete with pyrotechnics)? And if they can, why would they work for your startup?

The one time I did a live coding session at Oculus Connect using my (sadly abandoned) VrScript project, an extended period of silence was interrupted by someone's phone making a cricket chirp notification sound.
