"Showing what to improve" is a euphemism for critical feedback. The notion that education should not involve critical feedback, or constructive criticism - which is also a form of positivity - seems counter to education.

But that is exactly what most educational institutions are built on (criticizing and pointing out faults). We are definitely missing professors who can inspire and encourage students. I strive for this every day!
