I'd love to if the price was $20 lower
-
That's actually not very expensive for 'academic book'. Just payed 75 bucks for another book.

Could we get deep learning *without* python? I'm looking for solution but it always seems harder :(

How do you recommend reading the textbook to someone new to DL? I've already read a practical tb on Keras, which while helpful for a start, was just too practical at times & lacked detail. Yours, however, seems perfect, but I'm not sure if it's necessary to read it cover-to-cover.
-
My hesitation to do so is because ML textbooks are particularly time-consuming to go through, because you can spend hours on just one practical as you play with the code. Maybe I'm doing that wrong?

I have it already.
Best read ever! It's a "welcome to AI" for anyone with as little as Python.

Did you read it cover-to-cover?
