Not really, because, the human condition defines ground truth. Given enough videos of humans eating tide pods; neural networks will begin to classify tide pods as a delicious delights.

That's a vital point, its all about the training data. And lest not forget, with a little trick, adversarial images can fool the classifier, humans are immune against adversarial attacks. It can only be super human if it can't be fooled by adversarial images.
