Why do you have a request for speeding up tests on

As long as we support Theano, we will run CI tests for it. That's a lot of cycles over the years, and fast is better than slow.

Is there a list of easier starter bugs for those who haven’t worked on Keras before?

The simplest would be to go through the issues on GitHub and work with the issue posters to try to reproduce something that looks like a bug. Then investigate

For the Keras web app, is that referring to in browser or sitting behind a REST-like API? I can take care of either, no problem, I just need to know which (or both). If there is a ticket I need to refer to definitely let me know.

There's no ticket, these are deliberately vague. Both in-browser deployment (keras.js or webdnn) and server side APIs would be great tutorials to write
