Yay Keras
I don't think there will ever be a Keras v3 with breaking changes. Keras can evolve while staying backwards compatible. We're now adding dynamic graph support -- backwards compatible. In the future we may build interactive IDEs around Keras -- backwards compatible. Etc

Is dynamic graph going to be available with the Tensorflow backend? (I guess using the TF eager API?)

Dynamic graphs seems really important. Unneeded pre-padding is the only good reason to turn into PyTorch right now, otherwise Keras is still the most abstract (ready-to-run) framework while has the flexibility to produce DIY complex networks. More visualizations always welcome
