I think there's space for engine plugins for things like Unity, as well as integrated analytics for games. Games generate a tremendous amount of data about how they're played, and there's already a market for stuff to tune gameplay based on that data.

Selling courses... as in teaching people how to do deep learning? Is it bootcamp style?
-
Yes, paid deep learning bootcamps. It's all the rage these days. But it won't last.

Cloud services are only viable for big IT services companies like DXC or IBM...even that you have to involve the suppliers like AWS. But on the long run it really drives the cost down.

Some institutes in India run 2-4 weekend courses for Industry professionals and charging exorbitant fees (like 5000 USD), which is insane.
-
Which institutes are these? shockingly high priced, esp for India

What about the ol' strategy of "we're smarter than everyone else, so we've applied our *advanced* deep learning to this open data pile in way nobody else can, and now we're selling it to you as a product" approach? Or does that fall under consulting?
-
Yes, "smarter than everyone else" is either a consulting or an acqui-hire game plan. The former is sub-linear growth and the latter is early exit.
