Love Keras, curious how best to think about Keras stand alone revisions vs. Embedded TensorFlow versions? (spelled out anyplace?)
tf.keras will generally be more compatible with TF internals and should be preferred as part of a pure-TF workflow

If you are not writing much raw TF code outside of Keras, then I would recommend going with standalone Keras

Update originate in standalone and are backported to tf.keras when we release the PyPI version. tf.keras is a bit behind (more stable)
