Even google cloud and AWS are consultancies WRT their AI offerings though. It's basically watson with less marketing and "use cases"

An AI company can cover a full vertical and still call itself that.

But of course plenty of companies present a vertical product and *still* do consulting. I wonder how many found a good product that way...
