@fchollet got his facts wrong - We never shipped standalone Keras 2 - always 1.2. We were denied a PR. And Keras 2.0 ships as part of TF. -
We are open to PRs for new backends. I certainly don't recall ever getting a PR or getting directly contacted about a MXNet backend

Isn't that a piece of cake to install keras when you have tf or theano installed properly? Also, you can always create your own AMI.
