Yeahhh especially sales people. Even learning what I know has changed a lot.
I found the party of least friction is to follow what is expected of you: speak English, pretend to be a bit stupid, give people easy wins

I know in china it's easier to deal with asking for service in english. If you speak mandarin they push back pretty hard.
