      In particular, atomicity of decision making + individual responsibility empirically appears crucial. A product should have exactly 1 owner.

      Keras has far more closed issues than D3 has issues. And issues are not a very good metric here: development is distinct from user support.

          I agree. But keras issues are a mess. I guess the only way to bring people to use groups, slack, is if you’d close issues rightaway.
