Of all the bizarre and inefficient things one can witness in Japan, the 就活 system strikes me as one of the most bizarre and inefficient.

Hi Francois, I had worked from1988 to 2013 in Japan. I did not see any change in "syukatu". AI may force Japan to change! Cheers Toshi
