keras2: no proper release notes, no detailed API changes doc, no way to access old docs.
@fchollet DL frameworks need to be less fragile!
it's trivial to access the docs for any older Keras version. The docs and built-in warning messages detail all API changes.

its also easy to have them automatically built for each version and host them. Also warnings do not replace detailed release notes
