pytorch is not included in the "growth" charts because it was released after the start of the period.
It is included in the absolute numbers chart. It will be included in growth charts next quarter.

it's based on absolute numbers (it's a snapshot). Growth is a diff between 2 snapshots.

also: I will not compare an initial bump with sustainable growth. Remember that TF got 10k stars, 5k forks on its first day
