just realised that the ICLR openreview submissions _aren't_ anonymous. i don't know anything about paper reviewing, is this a new approach?

i thought one of the reasons for anonymous submission was bias related to affiliation? maybe that's not actually a problem?
Affiliation bias must be minor compared to bias from reviewer 2 who produces a scathing 3-line review after having read half of the abstract
