      just realised that the ICLR openreview submissions _aren't_ anonymous. i don't know anything about paper reviewing, is this a new approach?

      Submissions are rarely actually anonymous, since people read the same papers on Arxiv anyway. But I'm glad ICLR has open reviews.

          i thought one of the reasons for anonymous submission was bias related to affiliation? maybe that's not actually a problem?
