Brain anatomy varies wildly from person to person. So does personality, intelligence. Even our sensorimotor modalities are different.

brain anatomy is pretty similar for most people - we can e.g. guess what someone's looking at based on similar EEGs from others...
EEG activity largely doesn't transfer from indiv to indiv, that's why building brain-computer interfaces is so challenging.
