I've noticed that if you report spam accounts, nothing happens. Not only Twitter makes no attempt at filtering spam, it also ignores reports
Talking about NSFW spambots here. They can be a real nuisance, esp. in searches. They would be trivial to detect.

yup, needed spam accounts for a study. Just find a big one, crawl friends and followers and filter by keywords. So many of them...
