How should I host pre-trained models for ppl to download? S3 could be expensive (each model is ~500MB), gDrive doesn't allow programmatic DL

http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/RequesterPaysBuckets.html … might be an option. Otherwise Digitial Ocean comes with a lot of bandwidth.

So far I use public dropbox for sklearn-theano but have gotten hit with temp. ban due to burst traffic. Low constant traffic ~free
