As far as I can tell, Prisma is the biggest consumer success of deep learning so far. One of many "killer apps" to come.

I think the biggest pure-DL consumer app will be digital assistants.

Short term, I expect assistants to be planning based (Viv). Likely take years for pure-DL to catch up!
