      i never understood the significance of measuring torch/torch7. It does not have any deep learning in it whatsoever.

          Github popularity statistics are not really meaningful. warp-ctc by Baidu has more "activity" than neon/lasagne

          and I haven't met anyone or heard anyone say that they use CNTK. Much of TF's "popularity" is due to media hype

          Also, Torch mailing lists and Gitter are way more busy than all repos combined. GitHub is restricted to bugs only
