I'm not convinced. Droids from Star Wars are obviously robots, but they only manipulate information and roll around "like" Zenbo?
Robots ought to be a programming interface for the real world. If your bot can only manipulate information, it's not a robot...

I think the key is the "AI". If it's general purpose & good then you only need a little bit of mobility for it to be useful robot.
